This document is an integral part of the contracts signed and currently in force between Amarilo and their customers, natural or legal persons. It is understood that “the contracts” relate all those products and service that Amarilo offers to natural and legal persons accepted.

For the consequence of this addition to contracts mentioned, Amarilo was named the AMARILO and their customers and legal persons are called the CLIENT and their conditions are as follows:

FIRST: OBJECT: “online payments” is a service that Amarilo offers to our customers through an electronic payment system, to which must be accessed via Internet, in order to give the customers information or consultation and allow banking operations authorized by your bank or their customers.

SECOND: SERVICES: the operations to be performed will be in force on the date in our form on “online payments” and those that will be implemented in the future.

THIRD:  CUSTOMERS: the service offered by Amarilo through “online payment” is exclusive for natural or legal persons that show any interest over projects of AMARILO.

FOURTH: ACCESS TO THE SERVICE: to access the service “online payment”, THE CUSTOMER must have the necessary physical tools which allow receiving or transmitting information via Internet related with product and services of Amarilo. THE CUSTOMER will keep his own cost and the service of communication needed to use the service and Amarilo won´t be held responsible for the availability, or the reliability of such equipment or communications services used by THE CUSTOMER. Amarilo will give you information about their address on the Internet, so THE CUSTOMER can carry out banking operations or certain qualified.

FIFTH:  ACCESS CODES AND KEYS TO OPERATE: to access “online payment” THE CLIENT will have an access code that can be activated by THE CLIENT through a registration key that will be established   by Amarilo. The key access and transactions will be electronic signatures that identify THE CLIENT in its dealings with Amarilo via Internet, and will be under its exclusive control. Therefore, will be an absolutely responsibility to THE CLIENT the level of security handling with your password and his key to make operations.  Also is understood that for security issues or for any events that could endanger the interests of Amarilo, THE CUSTOMER, or other people, AMARILO may temporality or permanently suspend or limit the service when it detects unauthorized users trying to enter the system. In addition, THE CLIENT will assume all risks, costs and losses incurred origin that have or are related to unauthorized use of services by people who obtain access under their responsibility. Any transaction made by THE CLIENT using your password will be issued understood as valid, legitimate and authentic by itself, without which AMARILO is obliged to make or take shelter further in this regard. You can not oppose any defense based on the absence of accreditation assuming THE CLIENT throughout the legal consequence of using the system on their behalf.

SIXTH: SERVICE FEE: The use of any service provided by Amarilo through "online payments" will not have any cost to THE CUSTOMER, the costs incurred by the customer are determined by THE BANK through which carries out the transaction, which it expressly agrees.

SEVENTH: OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMERS:  In addition to the obligations contained in the respective contracts with Amarilo, THE CUSTOMERS also requires:

1) Establish the necessary checks to third parties unauthorized operate the service.
2) THE CUSTOMER must keep confidentiality on the mechanisms, operating systems and service fees "Payments Online."
3) Do not let others know their passwords at the service and operations.

EIGHTH: “HOLD HARMLESS” OF AMARILO: Amarilo is not responsible in the following events:

1) AMARILO is not responsible for the misuse of the service “online payments” by persons authorized or not by THE CUSTOMER, to operate the service. Accordingly, THE CUSTOMER assumes full responsibility for the operations ordered by the online payment service of Amarilo using your password and key operations. To that end, THE CUSTOMER now accepted as proof of operations and / or transactions, records magnetic originate.
2) AMARILO is not responsible for damages of any nature that THE CUSTOMER may suffer as a result of a failure, delay or poor transmission of data or transactions requested on your computer, because of communication failures, failures in the equipment used by THE CUSTOMER or technical malfunctions beyond the control of AMARILO. Nor will be responsible in the event of force majeure, fortuitous event or strange cause that at a time can cause some damage to equipment or physical environment used by THE CUSTOMER to communicate with the computer system of Amarilo.
3) Amarilo is not responsible in the event that the operations can not be performed for reasons not attributable to THE CUSTOMER, such as accounts seized, insufficient funds in their accounts or by incorrect operation of the system or damage to communication systems, or others that are beyond the control of AMARILO.

NINETH: DURATION: THE CUSTOMERS will be able to use our service offered by AMARILO through of online payments during the period of time of relation between, customers and AMARILO. Once, when you finished your compromise, AMARILO will suspend the access to these services without any communication.  

TENTH: MODIFICATION TO THE REGULATION: It is understood that AMARILO at any time, can cancel, modify or add to the terms and conditions of this regulation, by notice to THE CUSTOMERS in this regard, by any means. After 15 calendar days notice of change of these rules, THE CUSTOMER has not objection, it is understood that they accepts unconditionally and fully modifications.
