Fixed payment amortization system, fixed rate:
In this system, the amount of the payment is fixed during the credit's length, which will go from 5 to 10 years. For the used amortization, the amount of the obligation is reduced from the first payment.
-FOR UVR CREDITS
Constant payment system UVR or gradual amortizarion system:
It consists of a plan in which the monthly payment is constant in UVR, for every month during the credit´s period. UVR changes according to inflation rate, so the payments in pesos will change in the same proportion. Likewise, even though the amount of the debt in UVR is always falling, turning it into pesos will make it grow according to the IPC certified by DANE, during the two thirds of the time, in a 15 year financing.
Constant payment system to debt in UVR:
In this plan, during each one of the months you make an amortization to the debt, in an even amont in UVR. In this way, the monthly payment in UVR decreases, but it is always changing in pesos, in a lower proportion to the IPC. In the same way, the debt balance in UVR decreasesm and turning it to pesos makes it raise aproximately to the half of the credit, in a 15 year financing.
